Vein Clinic of South Texas
will accommodate our patients and
their medical needs. Medicare and several other insurance
plans are filed automatically by the clinic when the proper
information is provided to the clinic. The patient is
expected to pay all co-payments and services not covered by
insurance at the time of service. As a courtesy to our
patients, we will also file a claim if the coverage is
through one of our non-contracted insurance companies. Our
Patient Representatives are available to assist you with
billing and insurance questions from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
Private pay patients (patients not covered by our
contracted insurance carriers) are required to pay for
all services at the time they are rendered. In
extenuating circumstances other payment arrangements may be
made with one of our Patient Representatives, we will be
happy to discuss your individual circumstance.
